Are you hydrated?

We all must stay hydrated. It is particulary important when you are training as you lose more fluid. A good measure of hydration is if you urine is nice and clear, when it starts getting darker you need more fluids, but lets not let it get to that stage. It is aslo a good idea to mix water with energy drinks so you are also getting some minerals, salts and calories back into your system. #fitnessbyronbay #personaltrainerbyronbay #personaltrainerpottsville
