Tod is a great trainer. Every session is different and totally personalized. I always leave feeling energised and as though I have worked to my maximum capacity. My body shape is changer and every day I get stronger and fitter, thanks to my 3 sessions a week. I also love that Tod is focused on helping me achieve my goal, and has inspired me to want to be better and has re ignited my love for exercising.

My sister and I came down to Byron for my 50th birthday and I decided I wanted to keep my fitness regime while here. I found Tod's website and loved his down to earth approach. We trained hard but also laughed a lot. He's an amazing trainer; with his positive encouragement and his fun approach to training his can make anyone's goals a reality.

“Well its been a tough challenge but I am delighted to say I hit one of my main goals today with a weight loss of 15kg since October 1st. It's mainly been down to cutting out alcohol(apart from the odd special occassion) and only eating complex carbs(no white carbs) every other day, eating heaps of vegies and lean meats. It just goes to show even the person with the worst will power can do it! I'm bursting with happiness but still have a long way to go and just wanted to share. Woo! Couldn't have done it without the help of Tod Vernon Fischer the best Personal Trainer ever.
