Cross Training

It is very important to mix training up. Focus on one area one day and another area the next day. For example you could to cardio/endurance training one day and speed strength training the next day. It gives your body a chance to recover from one exercise while still working on another. It also makes your body fresh, active and increases your metabolism.

I see a lot of people doing the same training over and over, mix it up.
