Skipping

Why skipping should be incoporated into your fitness program. Skipping is one on the top ten rated exercises anyone can do. Skipping incoporates cardio, strength, stamina, agility, coordination and flexibility. Best of all a skipping rope costs under ten dollars. If you start skipping your goal should be to start small. Start off with 20 skips and build up. Do it watching TV, looking after the kids or a soon as you wake up. Remember consistency is the key. Happy skipping.
