Take Action


WThe best way to get in the mindset for training is to take action. Whether it be making your bed neat and tidy, writing a training plan for the week, cleaning your trainers or chugging some lemon water. Whatever it is start moving. Action causes reaction and once a task is started 80 per cent of the time it is completed.
